Set & Scene 2026
A sold-out celebration of visual storytelling

Central Saint Martins, Kings Cross, London.
2027 dates to be announced

What happened?

Man with glasses holding a microphone explains a vintage room setup to a crowd at an indoor exhibit. They wear headphones as part of the tour or presentation.

We hosted talks. Expert panels. Debates. Exhibitions. Interactive displays. Networking drinks. And we created space to meet peers and the people you do not normally get to cross paths with.

Attendees left with fresh ideas, valuable contacts, and new perspectives. We focused not just on our collective craft, but on where the entire industry is heading.

We discussed designing for different mediums and explored new tech alongside time-honored craftsmanship. Guests met artists and innovators eager to showcase tools, crafts, materials, and new technologies.

Who was there?

People seated in a conference audience wearing over-ear headphones, taking notes on their notebooks and papers in front of them.

Production designers, art directors, set decorators, construction managers, creative producers, technologists, and more came together to discover, network, share, and drive the conversation.

We welcomed creators across disciplines, including live performance, film and TV, retail display, immersive experiences, brand activations, events, and fashion. Suppliers and artists also showcased their tools, services, and crafts, all designed to support visual storytellers.

Why exhibit?

If your product, service or platform genuinely supports visual storytelling, Set & Scene puts you in front of the people who use it, influence it, and recommend it.

Your brand is experienced in context – as part of the craft ecosystem these professionals trust.

Showcase your tools, materials, and innovations to a hand-selected community of designers, art directors, and creative visionaries.
Connect with the people who shape creative budgets and visual worlds, developing partnerships across screen, stage and immersive.

Why sponsor?

Designers for screen, stage & experiences don’t attend large trade shows in the same way – and they’re rarely gathered in one place.

Set & Scene is designed to do exactly that. For sponsors, this gives you unprecedented quality of access to your audience. Without distractions.

Champion the fusion of heritage craft and cutting-edge tech, empowering designers to innovate across industries.
Open up commercial work opportunities and collaborate with creatives, artists and decision-makers.
Central Saint Martins, Granary Square, Kings Cross, London N1C 4AA

You build worlds. We built a space for you.

On April 25 2026, over 800 creatives across film, television, theatre, and immersive events gathered in London to share ideas and celebrate scenic craft. Designers, makers, and technologists had a single place to connect and collaborate.
