Central Saint Martins is just a 5 minute walk from Kings Cross underground station. For detailed travel information and to plan your journey around London, please visit the Transport for London Website.

  • Buses: 10, 17, 30, 45, 59, 63, 73, 91, 205, 214, 259, 390, 476. To get to King’s Cross from Archway, catch the 17 or 390 bus.
  • Underground: The nearest underground station is King’s Cross, take the Regent’s Canal exit. Turn right outside the exit to join King’s Boulevard, a pedestrian route going north. Cross over the road at the top of the Boulevard and you will see the Granary building ahead.

Full access and route guides to Central Saint Martins are available on AccessAble. All entrances to our building are at ground level with step-free access. Lifts and access needs toilets are available on all floors.

If you require accessible seating, please contact [email protected] and we can reserve tickets for you. Access needs companions are also allocated a free ticket to our events.

  • Accessible parking: there are 2 disabled parking bays under the Handyside Canopy and 1 opposite the GAIL’s Bakery on Handyside Street. These belong to the King’s Cross Estates and cannot be prebooked.
  • Taxi drop-off: We recommend that you have your taxi drop you off on Handyside Street, directly behind our King’s Cross site. You will then need to make your way up Stable Street to access the building.

You do not need to print your ticket. We recommend having your booking confirmation to hand. When you arrive you’ll check in at our reception desk by typing your name into our check-in tablets. Your name badge will be printed and you will need to wear it throughout the day so the security team know that you are part of the event. Our friendly registration team will be on hand to help in case of any issues.

We ask all attendees to complete their profile on the event app so we know who is coming along. As this is a professional networking event we will be reviewing all profiles prior to the event. You do not have to download the app, but it will help make your day easier if you do. Any changes to the programme will be made on the app and might not be reflected on the website on the day itself.

It is also a great way of networking and meeting suppliers and colleagues, sending messages, looking at speaker profiles and generally taking part in the days activities.

You can download the Eventify app from the apple store and the google play stores. Once downloaded just search for Set & Scene Show and login using the email address you registered with.

Our optional David Bowie: You’re Not Alone screening will run continuously from 08:30 to 09:45 at the Lightroom. The full show lasts one hour, but you’re welcome to drop in at any time because it’s on a loop.

You can also enjoy coffee & croissants in the Lightroom cafe. We recommend arriving slightly early to settle in.

Once you are finished, it is just a short, two-minute walk over to Central Saint Martins for registration starting from 9.45am.

Yes, you are be able to leave and return during the day, but please check with the registration team when you arrive so they can advise on the re-entry process.

All of our sessions are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, therefore we recommend arriving before the session is due to begin to gain access. To ensure this is managed fairly, you will be asked to leave the room once each session has finished, and re-enter from the end of the queue if one has formed.

The screening of the David Bowie experience is on a rolling loop, and access to the viewing room will be permitted based on the number of guests in the screening when you arrive. You may be asked to wait until space becomes available. We therefore recommend early arrival to avoid disappointment.

We recommend bringing only what you need for the day, as storage space at the venue will be limited. Please note that, for everyone’s comfort and safety, large suitcases or oversized items may not be permitted inside the venue.

Coffee, snacks and hot and cold food is available for purchase at the venue cafeteria during the event.

Industria studios are kindly sponsoring morning filter coffee and tea between 10am and midday, so swing by and grab your morning brew free of charge!

Wine, beer and soft drinks will be served during the wrap drinks which is being sponsored by Cineco and Greens Team.

Following networking drinks if you’d like to stay for dinner with colleagues and new friends Granary Square is surrounded by food and drink options including Caravan, Granary Square Brasserie, Dishoom, The Lighterman, plus more choices in nearby Coal Drops Yard.

Unfortunately children are not allowed to attend Set & Scene. This show is for only for people over 18 years old. This is an industry show for professionals working across screen, stage and experiences. There are many wonderful things for children to do in Granary Square if you are able to bring childcare for the day.
