Dominic Baker is the Co‑Founder and Technical Director of The Production Family Limited. Alongside business partner Ian Moore, he has built the company into a leading production partner across multiple sectors of the live entertainment industry, including the development of an in‑house workshop and technical department at their North London base.
With extensive experience as a Technical and Production Director, Dominic has delivered projects globally across theatre, exhibitions, live events, IP‑led experiences, immersive attractions, escape rooms, and cruise‑based entertainment.
His portfolio includes the successful technical delivery of high‑profile, large‑scale experiences such as Harry Potter: Visions of Magicacross Europe, Asia, and the Americas; SAW: The Immersive Experience (PATH, London); The Witcher Maze (Netflix, London); and the MSC Ocean Cay Lighthouse Show for MSC Cruises in the Bahamas.
Recent work includes leading all production and technical delivery on The Deal (Dreamawake/CMG), a large‑scale immersive, multi‑room theatrical experience in Shenzhen, China, as well as the launch of a new interactive exhibition at the Royal Museums Greenwich, Astronomers Take Over.
