Ella is Head of Strategic Growth at AssetFlow (part of the CAMA Group). Her work centres around scaling up AssetFlow’s technology services and supporting productions and studios (including Universal, Amazon, and Netflix) with asset management and circularity.
Ella’s background is in ClimateTech, delivering decarbonisation programmes for the public sector and SMEs. She studied Human, Social and Political Sciences (BA Hons) at the University of Cambridge and specialised in Social Anthropology, particularly the intersection between economics and the environment.
Ella blends these experiences into this role by ensuring that AssetFlow’s work aligns with a more circular economy. Through this work, Ella is also a proud member of The Production Guild of Great Britain’s Sustainability Working Group as well as ReLondon’s Circular Economy Community.
