Hayley Miller is the Founder of World VFX Day, a global initiative launched in 2023 to champion the visual effects and animation industries and drive meaningful, lasting change. Held annually on 8 December via YouTube livestream, World VFX Day is supported by more than 460 studios and companies, alongside thousands of individual professionals, students and industry fans worldwide.

With over 14 years of experience in marketing and communications, Hayley has worked across the entertainment and technology sectors, spanning cinema, live events, music, and film and television. Since 2019, she has specialised in visual effects and animation, holding roles at leading studios including Pixomondo, MPC/Technicolor Studios, and Territory Studio.

Hayley is also the Founder of Work of Mind, a boutique consultancy focused on marketing and PR for the entertainment and technology industries.
