Helen Johnson is the founder and Managing Director of Talking Point, a UK skills organisation working in feature films and HETV drama. She set Talking Point up in 2011 to provide information and signposting to those looking to break into the industry and those looking to move up a grade.

Talking Point has trained thousands of new entrants through a wide range of programmes, focusing primarily on the Art, Set Decorating and Props departments. She also consults on behalf of industry stakeholders, studios and government on skills issues and crew experiences.
