Justin Richards is Operations Director of Greens Team Ltd, the worlds leading Landscape creation company for film and television. Located at Pinewood Studios, Greens Team creates bespoke real-plant landscapes for major productions around the world.

Since starting his role in 2010, Justin has overseen all aspects of the business—including plant sourcing and care, logistics of large-scale natural sets, and coordination of horticultural teams for costume-drama gardens, alien jungles, desert flats and woodland terrains.

Under his leadership, Greens Team has contributed to high-profile projects such as Starwars the Force Awakens, “Jurassic World: Dominion”, Witcher, Power of the Rings, “Hamnet” 28 Years Later and many of blockbuster shoots currently in production.

Justin bridges the worlds of budgets, logistics, landscape creation and film production. His work delivers realistic, immersive environments that help tell stories visually.
