Kathy Heaser is a Senior Art Director with credits on more than 50 feature films across the Art and Graphics departments.

Alongside her work in the Art Department, Kathy works to improve conditions for crew within the industry. She co-founded the Graphics Union and later founded Filmbase, a platform designed to make crew roles more accessible and to support a more transparent, inclusive approach to recruitment.

Through this work, she continues to advocate for crew wellbeing, including more sustainable working practices and job-sharing opportunities. Kathy is also an active member of the Bectu Art Department Branch Committee and has been involved in the Bectu–PACT negotiations, campaigning for more viable working hours for off-set crew.
